Welcome to Gejero. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our equestrian training services and website. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for riding lessons, booking training sessions, or using any services provided by Gejero, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our equestrian training programs.

2. Service Description

Gejero provides professional horseback riding instruction, equestrian training programs, and related services. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

  • Individual and group riding lessons for all skill levels
  • Advanced equestrian training and competition preparation
  • Horse care and stable management education
  • Specialized clinics and workshops
  • Consultation services for horse owners and riders

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Booking and Payment

All lesson bookings must be confirmed in advance through our designated booking system. Payment terms are as follows:

Payment Requirements

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
  • Package deals and monthly subscriptions must be paid in full before the first session
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of scheduled sessions
  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full credit toward future sessions or full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% credit toward future sessions
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund or credit issued
  • No-shows: Full session fee will be charged with no credit or refund

Gejero reserves the right to cancel sessions due to weather conditions, horse welfare concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will receive full credit or refund.

5. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT: Horseback riding and equestrian activities are inherently dangerous and carry significant risks of injury or death.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants must:

  • Complete and sign a liability waiver before the first session
  • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect participation
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
  • Wear appropriate safety equipment, including approved riding helmets
  • Be physically and mentally capable of controlling a horse
  • Abstain from alcohol or drugs before and during sessions

6. Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gejero, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in our services. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gejero from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their participation in equestrian activities.

7. Code of Conduct

All clients and visitors are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund for:

  • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, horses, or other clients
  • Violation of safety protocols or instructions
  • Damage to property or equipment
  • Any illegal activities on our premises

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and training materials, is the property of Gejero and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your data will be used solely for service delivery, communication, and improvement of our programs. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

Gejero reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
